SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

DIRECTOR, SUPPLY CHAIN – STARLINK

SpaceX has developed a low-latency, broadband internet system to meet the needs of consumers across the globe. Enabled by a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink provides fast, reliable internet to populations with little or no connectivity, including those in rural communities and places where existing services are too expensive or unreliable. A Supply Chain Director makes this possible by coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics to ensure we have the supply to manufacture the right quantity and configurations of products to satisfy our global customer demand. We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver who can manage both new product introduction and stable high-volume products, implement novel processes and solutions to help scale our business, and clearly communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and senior leaders.

We are seeking a highly motivated and achievement-oriented leader to own all elements of Planning and Procurement for our Starlink Program. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the production of the Starlink satellite constellation and directly impacting the bottom line for the company.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of leading medium to large teams, managing complex operations, and fostering productive working relationships across the company.
