Job Summary:

The Director/Senior Director, Digital Media will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning and execution of the brand’s performance marketing and brand media activities.   The individual will oversee paid media across all digital channels including paid search, display, paid social, affiliate and other emerging mediums.    The individual will manage the development and implementation of data-driven paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition within stated business objectives.   This individual will reside within the rag & bone DTC eCommerce team and will report to the VP eCommerce and the Chief Marketing Officer.  

Responsibilities:

-Assess current digital media activities and recommend quick wins and longer-term opportunities for performance improvements. 

-Own digital media budget and create monthly spend plan across channels and program to meet business objectives. 

-Refine and / or revamp current digital media strategies / plans to coincide with business objectives and brand mandates.

-Continuously monitor, analyze and enhance campaigns across all channels to maximize ROI and other pertinent KPIs.

-Partner with rag & bone Creative and Marketing teams on advertising creative / messaging that maximizes business impact and consumer engagement.  

-Develop and execute test & learn plan to ensure that media plan modifications will generate expected results and to experiment with new media channels. 

-Collaborate with agency partner to ensure that media strategy / plan has been properly executed across channels and guiding them to deliver expected results. 

-Collaborate with agency on all ongoing reporting and analysis; share key findings and recommended optimizations with rag & bone executive team.

-Maintain pulse on industry trends and publisher / platform modifications; communicate updates to cross-functional teams and identify how it relates to rag & bone business.

 

Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)

-8+ years of digital media experience – preferably within the fashion and apparel space

-Proven experience working across the entire digital media landscape (channels and platforms)

-Proven experience and strong comfort level planning both brand and performance media

-Translates quantitative and qualitative data / insights into impactful media strategies and tactics

-Balances creative and analytical thinking while being customer-focused in a way that aligns with brand voice

-Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

 Salary for the position is $170,000-$195,000 range. Title and salary based on years of experience in relevant position.
