SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Audit, Assess & Develop Distributors in the EMEA region
  • Identify and target incremental partner sales for your region through Distributor focused accounts
  • Work with local Channel Leadership to drive action around capturing and converting identified target people and partners to being active with Pure
  • Develop & Drive sales and technical capability within your Distributors and focused accounts via Distribution (in partnership with EMEA enablement lead)
  • Develop & Drive Distributor marketing plan for all Distributors (in partnership with EMEA channel marketing lead)
  • Leverage distributors to drive incremental pipeline through technology alliance solutions (Cisco, VMware, Commvault, SAP, Oracle, Veritas etc.)
  • Look for opportunities to streamline the operational engagement between Pure Storage and key Distis - Quoting, Logistics, FX, Demo equipment etc.
  • Work closely with Distributors to develop a potential list of distribution managed partners to improve incremental sales for Pure
  • Managed quarterly Distribution channel funds through activities, programs
  • Plan and engaged quarterly business reviews with distributors
  • Discuss and plan yearly business plans with distributors

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience and familiar with the distributor landscape on EMEA market
  • Proficiency in English and ideally a secondary language
  • Proven track record in driving pipelines, sales and technical capability via Distributors
