Should you accept this challenge…Join Pure Storage as a District Manager to build, coach, and scale a high-performing Enterprise sales team in Germany. You’ll set the strategy, elevate execution, and partner across the business to help customers modernize, secure, and grow with Pure’s industry‑leading data platform. What you’ll do-
Lead, include, and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives (and aligned SEs, Channel, Inside Sales), embedding Pure’s values of customer-first, ownership, teamwork, and creativity.

Hire, onboard, and grow talent; create clear goals, coaching rhythms, and career paths.

Drive operational excellence: forecast with precision, maintain healthy pipeline (targeting ~4x coverage), and improve KPIs across partner alignment, POC management, and conversion.

Orchestrate large, complex deals: executive engagement, value/financial selling, and cross‑functional coordination to remove friction and win.

Build strategic partner relationships (principals, leadership, AEs) and co‑sell plays to expand reach and capacity.

Lead from the front: meaningful customer time and field travel; model excellent call planning, deal inspection, and storytelling.

Deliver consistent results: bookings, new logos, participation, and team productivity.

Significant field sales leadership experience in Data Center or core IT infrastructure (typically 8+ years) in a competitive, high‑growth environment.

Proven track record recruiting, developing, and empowering diverse talent; skilled at building inclusive, high‑performance teams.

Strength in enterprise selling disciplines: strategic account planning, executive access, value/ROI, and partner leverage.

Operational command: disciplined pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Excellent communication (German and English), executive presence, and cross‑functional influence.

Comfortable using CRM and modern sales tools to drive cadence and accountability.

Where you’ll workWe are primarily an in‑office team. Regular presence in our Munich office is expected (per Pure policy), with flexibility for business travel, PTO, and approved leave. Significant field travel is part of the role.
