This role sits in the quality assurance team within OVO Energy Solutions, where we install energy efficiency measures in domestic properties through commercial contracts secured with social housing providers and other partnerships.

This role in a nutshell:

This is a fixed-term role until 30th August 2024. Supporting the delivery of energy efficiency measures to homes by creating process documentation.

Your key outcomes will be:
  • Document Management - Maintain a document register to control the suite of documentation for the business and support the business in creation and review of processes.
  • Process Creation - Development of process maps and supporting documentation 
  • Support the business in maintaining records relating to risk and change management
  • Complete assurance reporting 
  • Customer Service - Support Assurance team in handling customer calls and complaints when required (cover as required)
You’ll be a successful Document Controller here at OVO if you have…
  • Experience in creating process maps and process documentation
  • Strong IT skills specifically in spreadsheets with ability to create reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of team
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and assertive
  • Desirable but not essential - knowledge and understanding of the installation of energy efficiency measures, particularly External Wall Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Underfloor Insulation, Boilers, and Heating Controls & renewables.
  • Desirable but not essential - Knowledge and understanding of the installation of energy efficiency measures and associated regulatory and legal requirements, particularly the Energy Company Obligation and PAS 2030.

We’ll pay you between £25,000 and £30,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
