About this role :
We are currently looking for an Editorial Team Lead (m/f) to join our Editorial team in our Warsaw office. Our Editorial teams are the key user touch points and are responsible for creating all content on our pages and ensure that the available discounts are curated, live, and ready for use. SEO, page optimization, and efficiency – the team aims for the best performance of all content to help users get the most out of the shopping experience. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
Responsibilities :- Be responsible for the overall performance of a subset of landing pages assigned to your team, with regard to content quality, rankings, traffic, conversion rate, revenue, and other core KPIs
- Hire, train and lead a team of four content marketing specialists, providing guidance on SEO best practices and performance analyses, including developing and enforcing content guidelines
- Regularly conduct audits to identify gaps in the site content, landing pages structure and technical implementation, making recommendations for improvements
- Be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, growth-oriented environment for your team while still being results-driven
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (based across Europe)
- Report to and closely collaborate with the Head of Operations
- Good German knowledge (at least C1 level)
- Strong organizational skills - ability to project manage effectively, prioritize and deliver tasks on time
- A data-driven mindset - using data to improve content performance and ability to work efficiently with datasets in Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - ability to help the team solve problems and being able to make decisions while providing a logical rationale
- Be able to communicate in a clear, effective and engaging way
- First Experience in managing people and some Experience in Digital Marketing - particularly SEO is a plus (but not essential)
