Our Opportunity:Chewy is looking for a customer-centric and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to oversee the customer lifecycle marketing program for a key segment of Chewy’s pet-obsessed customers to join our team based in Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement. They will also play a central role in facilitating the optimization and launch of automated email programs, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement a cross-channel strategy in email, push, and onsite for a core segment of Chewy customers
  • Maintain and optimize a testing agenda for A/B and multivariate testing frameworks
  • Work with resources to ensure essential technical steps are taken for list selection, segmentation, personalization, and tracking
  • Leverage CRM data to drive personalized and contextual experiences to increase active customers
  • Drive continuous improvement across KPIs including engagement rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and LTV
  • Manage reporting requests and ongoing analyses for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings
  • Effectively partner across the organization: integrated marketing, engineering, product management, merchandising and supply chain
  • Identify target audiences and align them to business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve communication and personalization

What You'll Need:

  • A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing
  • 3+ years of email and/or direct marketing experience
  • Bachelors degree, Masters a plus
  • Data-driven and analytical with a strong ability to interpret and identify insights through data
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through an enterprise ESP (experience with Braze or Movable Ink a plus)
  • Deep understanding of how to enable behavioral, demographic, and transactional to drive personalization
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and other data analytics tools
  • Understanding of incrementality testing, statistical significance, and lifetime value

Compensation & Benefits:

Our pay range for a Email Marketing Manager position is $87,000.00 - $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
