The Team

The GTM Marketing Team creates demand for Celonis at scale. and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization (sales, business development, value engineering, partners) and the marketing organization to devise, build and execute a demand generation plan that drives awareness, generates and accelerates pipeline to land new logos and expand our customer base. EMEA Marketing Demand Center Manager

The EMEA Marketing Demand Center Manager role is instrumental to our business growth helping to scale marketing programs and grow our account-based marketing (ABM) function, to better reach our target audiences and key buying personas in our focused industries. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the field marketing team on devising the ABM strategy for land & expand motions
  • Create multi-touch ABM plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our focus & strategic accounts, including 1:1, 1:few and 1:many initiatives to help achieve sales revenue goals in the EMEA market.
  • Execute, with agency support, integrated ABM campaigns using digital tactics, small scale events, webinars, emails, direct mail, guerilla tactics as well as content creation. Be innovative! 
  • Tailor content from horizontal and industry-specific sales plays
  • Cultivate strong relationships with GTM teams 
  • Use market intelligence, customer insight & analysis to understand the audience
  • Analyze and report on account engagement metrics and pipeline. 
  • Own stakeholder communication to both educate and inform the GTM team on progress, learnings, provide data-centric recommendations for change or course correction

Outside of ABM, depending on the scope, responsibilities can include: 

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of programmatic webinars, events and experiences
  • Support the execution of horizontal persona and vertical campaigns alongside other EMEA wide programs as part of the EMEA GTM marketing plan
  • Execute cornerstone EMEA-wide third party events end to end including pre, during and post event tasks and actions
  • Support localization efforts including translation review of local language content
  • Creation and maintenance of best practice program playbooks and sales toolkits
  • Manage internal stakeholder communications on upcoming plans and program progress
  • Regular reporting on campaign/program results using marketing analytics and GTM dashboard
  • Collaborate with regional peers, shares best practices and aligns with the extended marketing teams 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in marketing or a related B2B marketing role preferably in the software industry 
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate pipeline in multiple markets using tactics such as events, webinars and third party programs
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working with cross-functional teams and leaders
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.com, MS Office / Google equivalent
  • Ability to craft simple messaging and translate/localize campaign content in English to local language
  • Analytical and data driven approach to program reporting
  • Strong program/project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, highly organized, execute with attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines
  • Advanced English and one native language skill out of the following Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German. An additional language would be a plus. 
  • Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative, share ideas and be resourceful
  • The ability to travel within the EMEA region may be necessary and for quarterly team meetings
