Collibra, a trailblazing Data Intelligence company recognized by Gartner and Forrester as leaders and innovators, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Employer Brand and Communications Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you'll play a key role in building and executing internal and external narratives that support Collibra’s culture and priority initiatives to inform, inspire, and engage candidates and employees.

The Employer Brand and Communications Manager at Collibra is responsible for
  • Developing and managing a global internal communications calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to articulate key messages, translating complex messages into digestible content for audiences of varying sizes.
  • Developing and executing an employer brand content strategy that includes blogs, videos, social media posts, ads, and more that showcases our employer value proposition and resonates with diverse, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across various platforms.
  • Designing and optimizing effective paid media campaigns that aim to build awareness and create conversions. 
  • Monitoring and tracking the performance of media campaigns, providing detailed reports to inform future strategies.
You have
  • At least 7 years of experience in internal communications, employer brand, employee experience, engagement, or a related role. 
  • Aptitude to protect sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience designing complex and effective internal communications and change management plans. 
  • Ability to utilize strong project management skills including managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required, preferably in journalism.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

  •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, storytelling, presentation development, and event planning
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management, enabling work with multiple stakeholders, handling multiple projects, and meeting new challenges with confidence.
  • Able to work with autonomy and proactively contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Desire to challenge the status quo and drive innovative approaches to communication.
Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $160,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
