We are looking for a Director of Corporate Communications and Employer Brand to lead the strategy and execution of these strategic functions. This role will report to our Chief People Officer.

As a Director of Corporate Communications and Employer Brand, you will:

  • Lead internal communications strategy: plans, platforms, tools and change management.
  • Partner with CEO and leadership to communicate corporate strategy, updates, changes, and initiatives.
  • Lead change management communications strategy around major corporate events such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
  • Drive the implementation of corporate strategy, values and culture across the organization
  • Design and implement Similarweb's Global Employer Brand strategy in unison with our corporate brand
  • Develop and engage employee brand ambassadors communities globally to amplify Employer Brand
  • Lead the relationship with PR partners in Israel and external relations with talent communities and events.
  • Measure and report on HR marketing campaigns performance.

What will I bring to the team?

  • Hands on experience in corporate communications, internal communications, marketing communications, strategic consulting, strategic planning and employer brand
  • Ability to articulate strategy, context and vision to an organization
  • Large scale project management experience
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to create creative content independently in a fast paced environment 

Professional Skills & Personal Capabilities:

  • At least 5 years of hands on experience at a global company in relevant roles 
  • English at mother tongue level  
  • Excellent writing skills    
  • Ability to cooperate with different professional focal points within the organization: management members at all levels, professionals, PR & marketing teams, studio designers, HR, etc.
  • Acquaintance with web-based communication platforms, tools and technologies
