In this role, you will take on a key responsibility as the Engagement Specialist who is responsible for developing and leading strategies, programs, and events to improve overall employee experience, communication, and engagement within the company. Contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of all company-initiated employee engagement activities and events (e.g., team building, year-end party).
  • Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys, supporting management in creating action plans based on feedback and findings.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations for improving company culture and climate to boost employee satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver training programs for both leaders and employees on topics related to engagement, conflict resolution, and stress management.
  • Conduct exit interviews to improve retention and research best practices for employee recognition and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in all internal communications and improve methods for listening to, engaging, and motivating employee involvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with a focus on employee engagement, cultural initiatives, and human resources functions.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Program Management: Proven experience in conducting research, project monitoring, and planning and executing successful company-wide events.
  • Culture & Development: Demonstrated background in culture development, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of integrity, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage feedback constructively.
