Dropbox is growing and we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Developer Productivity team. In this role, you'll lead a team of 8-10 engineers, working closely with your direct reports, product teams,  and other engineering teams to build the future of Developer Infrastructure and Developer experience at Dropbox. • You will help craft technical strategy and roadmap for developer infrastructure at Dropbox.

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
• Experience building and leading large scale or high performance infrastructure systems and teams
• Experience as a software developer
• Located in the Eastern or Central timezone

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). 

Current Salary/OTE Ranges (Subject to change):C$178,500 - C$210,000 - C$241,500
