• Lead a team of 5-10 engineers in identifying, adopting, and building solutions for improved testing experience across multiple platforms
• Monitor the performance and impact of adopted solutions, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
• Drive results by identifying impactful opportunities and ensuring long-term growth and customer impact
• Inspire your team with a clear direction, fostering an environment where innovation flourishes and bold ideas are encouraged

Requirements

• Familiarity with software development methodologies, web-based technologies, and cloud-based platforms
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics) or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
• Minimum of 5 year as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Developer tools and testing
• Passion for solving developer productivity, developer experience, systems performance and scalability issues
• Experience working across timezones, and matrix style management
