Your TasksTeam Building and Development: Cultivates, coaches, and grows high-performing, happy teams.
Leadership and Culture: Leads by example to foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence.
Solution & Engineering Strategy: Designs and enhances solutions with a focus on user experience, quality, security, sustainability, reliability, delivery, engineering, and performance.

Leads development teams by removing obstacles, building capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence and well-being.
Enhances processes, agility, frameworks, and team dynamics to strengthen company culture.
Recruits, develops, coaches, and retains talented team members while effectively managing underperformance.
Provides mentorship and guidance on technical contributions, product development, architecture, and best practices.
Ensures the quality, security, and performance of products.Maintains a user-centric approach, ensuring products are accessible, easy to use, and exceed user expectations.
Collaborates closely with Product Managers to innovate, deliver, and implement optimal solutions for the business.
Takes ownership of roadmap planning, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
Remains deeply informed about the product’s architecture and components.
Removes obstacles to support development progress, allowing focus on coding and delivery.
Manages team performance, supports growth, and addresses underperformance as needed.
Fluent English
Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Strong coding background (e.g., Java, Node, JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; experience in setting goals and driving performance.
Project Management: Skilled in Agile methodologies, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
