What you'll do
The IT Squad is at the heart of Doctolib's mission to provide seamless technology solutions across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands! As a Senior IT Engineer specializing in device management, you'll be the backbone ensuring our 2,900+ Doctolibers have access to best-in-class services and solutions that enable them to transform healthcare daily.
Working closely with the IT Operations and Security teams, you'll deliver exceptional service while leading by example with a hands-on approach and knowledge-sharing mindset. Your impact will be felt across all business teams as you implement cutting-edge solutions that directly support our mission of improving healthcare for everyone!
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver end-to-end projects from conception to implementation, defining targets, testing solutions, and ensuring smooth transitions to production
- Lead roadmap definition for device management and cloud services initiatives
- Ensure high-quality operations following our "You Build It, You Run It" philosophy
- Manage and optimize device management solutions, particularly InTune, across multiple countries
- Collaborate on platform domain projects including collaboration services, AI tooling, identity management, and automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for Doctolibers across all locations
- Have extensive experience with device management solutions, especially Microsoft InTune
- Possess strong coding skills and technical problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate ownership mindset for deliverables and squad responsibilities
- Are solution-oriented with proven ability to resolve complex technical challenges
- Are fluent in written and spoken English for our international environment
- Have experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and rituals
- Possess knowledge of security frameworks including IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID
- Hold cloud administrator certifications (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Have experience working in multinational technology environments
