What you’ll doWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Patient Domain which is the B2C side of Doctolib already providing to millions of patients an app to access care..
As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to work on the transformation on how patients manage their health. You will be working in a feature team driving the change of Doctolibs application into a daily care tool. You’ll be responsible for increasing the app’s stickiness and frequency, with new services that you will build from scratch.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own a part of Doctolib patient experience, including vision, performance and backlog.
- Have a deep understanding of patients needs, as well as market and technology opportunities
- Build new services from 0 to 1, and iterate on them with a roadmap of rapid experiments, until you reach a high level of activation and engagement.
- Be an expert on what drives your KPIs.
- Communicate on your vision, building relationships with key stakeholders and creating buy-in.

- 5+ years of consumer-facing PM experience, preferably on a B2C mobile app.
- PM experience focused on retention, growth or monetization, with a track record delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Experience analyzing data to identify opportunities, and running iterative AB tests.
- Ideally, experience building a product from 0 to 1, with an ability to relate to failures and rapid iterations.
- Entrepreneurial, get it done attitude.
