Enterprise Account Executive - Italy

At Trustpilot, we’re on a mission to expand our footprint in the Enterprise segment—and we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us grow in the Italian market. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in winning high-value clients, shaping Trustpilot’s presence in the Enterprise space, and driving strategic growth.
This position is based in our Milan office, and we are looking for someone onsite, who will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues in our hybrid working set-up.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the charge in expanding Trustpilot’s Enterprise segment, targeting top-tier brands in Italy.
- Develop new business opportunities within key verticals and identify high-potential industries.
- Own the full Enterprise sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and drive executive-level conversations.
- Manage and support complex RFI/RFP processes to win large-scale accounts.
- Partner with marketing and SDR teams to convert high-value Enterprise leads.
- Provide strategic feedback to product teams to enhance Enterprise offerings.
- Mentor junior BDMs and contribute to the team's success.
- Represent Trustpilot at industry events, forums, and webinars to build brand visibility.
Who you are:
- Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales, managing complex and long sales cycles.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and multiple stakeholders across business units.
- Strong understanding of legal, procurement, and RFP processes in Enterprise sales.
- Background in e-commerce or MarTech is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales & marketing tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.).
- A strategic, self-driven mindset with a passion for building and scaling.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings & events.
