The Community You Will Join:
Join our dynamic and expanding Supply Team, specifically within the Key Account Team for The Americas. We are excited to welcome a dedicated Enterprise Account Lead who will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with the leadership teams of Airbnb's largest host segment. In this collaborative environment, you will work closely with key stakeholders to shape strategic plans that ensure optimal performance and value from our vital partnerships. Your expertise will not only contribute to our team's growth but also enhance the overall experience for our hosts and guests alike.
The Difference You Will Make:
As an Enterprise Account Lead, you are entrusted with cultivating strong collaborative ties with the leadership teams of the largest segment of Airbnb hosts to shape their strategic plans and guarantee that adequate optimization is delivered from these vital partnerships.
A Typical Day:
- Own a portfolio of Airbnb’s top enterprise partnerships and act the key representative in the industry for these partners. (5%)
- Define and implement a global win-win strategy for your portfolio that drives value to all parties and positions Airbnb as a top strategic partner across all distribution channels. (10%)
- Develop KPIs in partnership with our leadership team and measure success against those KPIs. (10%)
- Leverage data to make decisions on how to best expand and enhance host supply through existing partnerships. (10%)
- Monitor & analyze over/underperformance, market trends, growth opportunities or anomalies and regularly communicate performance to Executives leveraging available production data and global market insight. (20%)
- Create a pipeline of potential new suppliers, vet them, and negotiate complex partnership structures. Once signed, you will be responsible for project managing the entire supplier lifecycle. (20%)
- Work with partners to ensure that the partnership is held to the highest industry standards and that commercial agreements as well as SLAs are met. (5%)
- Develop close working relationships with key internal leaders to influence their roadmaps and ensure that their teams provide appropriate levels of support to these key partnerships and key enhancements are made to unlock revenue for the business. (10%)
- Conduct regular business reviews, formal presentations for internal and external purposes. (5%)
- Act as a thought leader and central point person across the team on our strategy and communicate impact to relevant teams in a timely and clear manner. (5%)
Your Expertise:
- 10+ years of experience leading business development initiatives
- Proven track record setting strategies and delivering on them.
- Extensive experience analyzing, structuring and negotiating complex deals that align across multiple business unit needs.
- Fearless negotiator who will fight to settle for nothing less than the most favorable terms.
- Comfortable performing data analysis and making decisions based on the results.
- Ability to balance time spent between strategic initiatives and diving into the details when necessary.
- Experience developing and selling complex business solutions at the C-Suite level
- Strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and within the industry.
- Have a passion for redefining travel, Airbnb, and being the best!
- Proactive self-starter able to prioritize and manage work autonomously.

Your Location:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
