Enterprise Operations Specialist
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.
Within Lyft, the Lyft Urban Solutions (LUS) team delivers micromobility solutions. Our Montreal office is the birthplace of North America's first automated bike-share system, Bixi, which has since revolutionized urban mobility. Today, our pioneering solutions are deployed in more than 50 cities worldwide, including Barcelona, Bogota, Boston, Buenos Aires, Chicago, Dubai, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Montreal, New York, Rio de Janeiro, San Francisco, and Washington DC.
The Enterprise Operation Specialist will support the LUS Enterprise Sales team and Contract Delivery Management (CDM) team. These teams play a critical role in driving the end-to-end lifecycle of customer engagements—from the initial bid and proposal stage through contract finalization and execution, to the successful delivery of goods or services. This role acts as a key operational link between Sales, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams, ensuring that all elements of the sales and delivery process are aligned, efficient, and compliant.
If you share our vision for sustainable transportation that empowers local communities, reduces our environmental footprint and brings people together, we’d love to meet you!
