ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Job Title:

Enterprise Reporting Lead

 

Job Summary:

   We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Reporting Lead with a specialization in SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere to lead our organization's data analytics initiatives. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions and be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of data-driven strategies, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.

 

   This hands-on Enterprise Reporting Lead role is instrumental in our data-driven journey. If you're passionate about using SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere to produce tangible insights and improvements, we encourage you to apply and lead our dynamic data analytics team. This role will support various BI & Data Analytics projects that support’s Harry’s data-driven strategies. This role will need to comprehend technical data architecture and design flexible and agile end-to-end SAP BI solutions along the entire value chain. The candidate needs to have experience in the use of SAP BI platforms to get insight data and derive meaningful business measures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics and Reporting:
    • Dive into the details, working with BRM partners, data analysts, data scientists, and BI experts to develop interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud.
    • Hands-on involvement in configuring and optimizing SAP Analytics Cloud environments for performance and accuracy.
  • Data Integration with Datasphere:
    • Lead the integration of Datasphere technologies to gather, process, and analyze data from various sources.
    • Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure smooth data integration and data quality.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Roll up your sleeves and manage a team of data professionals, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-quality output.
    • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • Data Governance and Compliance:
    • Implement and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, and actively manage data security.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Analyze data personally to derive actionable insights that drive decision-making.
    • Work closely with business units to define KPIs and relevant metrics, presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere Expertise:
    • Utilize your deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud to create and maintain dashboards and reports that meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with your team to effectively leverage Datasphere technologies.
  • Vendor Interaction:
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including SAP and Datasphere partners.
    • Evaluate and select new tools or solutions that enhance our data analytics capabilities, based on your hands-on experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in enterprise-level data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $132,000-$181,500, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
