About The Team:

This role is responsible for overseeing an area of the production process during the shift, to ensure that the KPIs and our Customer expectations are met in full and on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards health and safety and food safety and quality standards.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Undertaking basic problem solving activities and escalating to the End of Line (EOL) Team Leader where necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
  • Ensure compliance to the CILT standard within end of line (EOL) tasks.
  • Support the BOL Team Leader in ensuring the machine uptime is in alignment with KPI’s.
  • Be involved in downtime reduction projects, or any other ad hoc projects as and when required.
  • Ensure that machine settings and basic conditions are adhered to and upheld and report any issues to the Engineering Department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse, including workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.
  • Monitor the production line, identifying and addressing any issues to maintain continuous flow and meet production targets.

Who You Are:

●    Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment. ●    Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment.●    Proficiency in using computer software and systems. ●    Strong prioritisation skills and ability to multitask.●    Proven knowledge of warehouse and production environment.●    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.●    Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.●    Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.●    Lead by example and ensure that HelloFresh DNA is at the forefront of everything we do
