Opportunity Statement

The Director, ESG defines and coordinates all the actions of the company or community participating in compliance with standards and strategies in terms of sustainable development (ecological, economic, social transition, etc.).

The Director, ESG practices a normative watch and determines the issues, defines an action strategy and KPIs, animates and coordinates all stakeholders.

• Help design the ESG strategy, targets, KPIs and roadmap in a consistent and integrated approach with the Company main OKRs and strategy 
• Make sure that all the main stakeholders are aware of their role and committed to the success
• Track and monitor actual progress towards the targets/KPIs defined and raised awareness to the corresponding stakeholders if any issues are identified and readjust action plan if needed.
• Update the exec team on progress made related to the ESG roadmap.
• Communicate and enable internal stakeholders on all ESG aspects (environmental, social, …)

Ivalua company knowledge preferred. Comfortable with transversal/matrical work. Strong influencing and communication skills. Passionate and motivated regarding ESG topic.
