The Challenge

The Ethics & Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring our operations align with legal, regulatory, and internal policies while also fostering a culture rooted in trust, transparency, and accountability.

We’re looking for an Ethics & Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about building and scaling programs that embed ethical decision-making and compliance excellence across the organization.

Your Mission: 
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our global ethics and compliance programs

  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, laws, and internal policies

  • Design and deliver compelling training and awareness initiatives that promote ethical behavior and compliance culture

  • Analyze compliance-related data to track performance, identify trends, and present actionable insights and KPIs to leadership

  • Conduct vendor risk assessments and sanctions screenings (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN lists)

  • Assist with internal risk assessments, audits, investigations, and the implementation of mitigation measures

  • Monitor regulatory changes and contribute to proactive compliance enhancements

  • Analytical and resourceful, with strong investigative and critical thinking abilities

  • A proactive collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments

  • Skilled in data visualization and performance reporting using tools like Power BI or Tableau

  • Confident in communicating with internal stakeholders, regulators, and auditors

Your Experience Includes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, data analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, risk management, or internal audit

  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance best practices

  • Practical experience using global sanctions screening tools and managing third-party compliance risks

  • Familiarity with compliance management software and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, data analytics, or a related field

Extra Awesome:
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), CRCM, CIA, or similar credentials

  • Experience creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

  • Background in designing and rolling out ethics and compliance education or enablement programs
