It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a highly motivated Event & Field Marketing Manager to help create, accelerate, and close pipeline in partnership with our sales and customer success organizations. This role is responsible for planning, organizing and executing account-centric demand programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.As our Event & Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Owning event & field marketing including program management, driving attendance, managing pre and post event activities for both sponsored and field events that directly impact pipeline creation
  • Driving both strategy and execution. You’ll think of new experiments, then work cross-functionally to get them off the ground.
  • Analyzing and evaluating KPIs and delivering actionable insights and recommendations on new tactics to pursue.
  • Managing your budget. You’ll find new ways to maximize our field & event sponsorships budget and you’ll closely track expenses against plan.
  • Aligning with Partnerships to build and foster ongoing relationships and education/enablement programs with our strategic partners at industry as well as Beyond-owned events.
  • Creating programming with US associations for roadshows & digital campaigns to drive broader awareness of Beyond in key markets. Coordinating with partnerships & content marketing for support while project managing the process. 
  • Creating and optimizing field marketing playbooks that drive net-new and upsell pipeline 
  • Executing on industry event sponsorships - analyzing ROI, managing collaterals, giveaways, call to action, and partner with demand gen, product marketing and content teams on developing messaging

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in field / event marketing
  • Salesforce knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Experience and ability to navigate through ambiguity. You know where we need to go, but recognize it won’t always be a straight path to get there
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll regularly communicate directly with sales, marketing and customer experience team leaders
