As Global Event Manager, you will be responsible for organizing our flagship events, including the upcoming European Compliance & Ethics Conference (ECEC). You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across various nationalities to ensure alignment with our marketing initiatives and business goals.

- Lead the organization of our flagship events, including the 6th European Compliance & Ethics Conference (ECEC), ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders through effective logistics management.
- Strategically develop a diverse range of global online and offline event programs tailored to our core markets, aimed at driving lead generation and enhancing customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams —including marketing, sales, product, customer success, Field Marketing, and Content—to create and implement event strategies that align with our global marketing initiatives and business goals.
- For the ECEC, manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event analysis, to optimize performance and ROI for this flagship event.
- Drive community engagement by fostering relationships with attendees, partners, and industry leaders, positioning EQS Group as a thought leader in the compliance space.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance event experiences, incorporating feedback and best practices into future planning.
- Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs) for all events, providing insightful reports and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate impact.
- Ensure that all events reflect our corporate identity and branding guidelines, maintaining consistency across all materials and communications.
- Manage post-event follow-up activities, including surveys and feedback collection, to refine future strategies and enhance community relations.
- 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector, with a strong focus on community building and engagement.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of executing events seamlessly while paying close attention to details that enhance participant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry leaders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and track performance metrics (KPIs) for events, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating impactful event experiences.
- Attention to detail in planning and executing events, ensuring that all aspects align with corporate branding and identity guidelines while delivering a high-quality experience.
- Adaptable and resourceful, able to think quickly and solve problems as they arise during the planning and execution of events.
- Experience with event management tools and platforms, including webinar software and community engagement technologies.
- Fluency in German (C1) and English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
