We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Marketing Manager (based in our London office) to join our team in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be hungry for success, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. This role requires autonomy and the ability to drive results through meticulous planning, execution, and reporting. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.

The opportunity in this role will be to help to develop and execute the marketing strategy to push our marketing in the region to the next level, working closely with the regional leaders, the local EMEA sales team, broader International business, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders as well as agency partners.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as part of the Marketing teammeans your daily responsibilities may include:
- Project Management & Execution of Marketing Activities from Ideation to Results:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of marketing activities from concept to post-activity evaluation.
- Drive the execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, and owned events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attendee experience.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all stages of project management to ensure quality and success.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams to facilitate the execution of activities.
- Communicate proactively with the EMEA go-to-market team to secure buy-in and ensure accountability for activity success.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and attendees to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting on activity success, with insights for internal stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for EMEA activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Track expenses closely and provide regular updates on budget status.
- Design & Own the Local Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the EMEA region, aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and prioritize marketing activities to maximize impact and ROI.
- Set clear, measurable goals and expectations for each marketing activity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Understanding of the Regional Funnel:
- Analyze and understand the regional marketing funnel, from visitor acquisition to closed won, to optimize marketing efforts at each stage.
This is the perfect job for someone who is/has:
- Fluent English
- Speaking French or German is a bonus
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and execution. Ideally, the candidate has experience in Event Marketing or Field Marketing.
- Strong experience in running events such as conferences, trade shows, and owned events, with a proven track record of success.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Hunger for success and a proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve and achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to provide detailed and insightful analysis to internal stakeholders.
