As Yotpo’s Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events and field marketing activities in the US. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to help drive a qualified pipeline for Yotpo through a variety of event-based campaigns.

Events are one of Yotpo’s strongest lead generation channels, and we’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager who can assist in organizing Yotpo’s participation in key US marketing events, including industry trade shows, third-party conferences, and other owned and sponsored events.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You will:

  • Support Yotpo’s US field events strategy, assisting in program planning and execution to help accelerate and support the sales pipeline while meeting MQL/SAL goals.
  • Collaborate with internal Yotpo stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including ABM, marketing, operations, design, content, sales, and customer success, to deliver event campaigns and achieve objectives.
  • Manage logistics for assigned events, including timelines, project deadlines, vendor coordination (venues, F&B, swag, collateral, travel, etc.), and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups, including delivering lead lists and ensuring smooth handovers to the sales team.
  • Hold pre-event briefings, provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution, represent Yotpo’s brand, engage the target audience, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Measure event success through key performance indicators and assist in optimizing strategies to improve results.
  • Follow established guidelines and protocols for conducting owned and third-party field events.

About you:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing events, field marketing, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with the sales and lead funnel and experience collaborating with GTM teams to meet goals.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the motivation to contribute to team success.
  • Ability to travel within the US as needed.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience working in a similar position at a SaaS or ecommerce tech is a huge advantage. 
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools.
  • Team player and all-around awesome person.

Base salary $105,000 - 125,000 USD

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
