We’re looking for a passionate global Events and Partnership Manager to help shape Deliveroo’s consumer loyalty strategy. As Events and Partnerships Manager, you will be the central lead for all partner facing programs that improve growth and retention of our most valued customer cohort.

What you'll do:

  • Our most valued customers are a complex and varied group. You will have a deep interest in who our customers are and what brands they have a high affinity towards in the lifestyle and food space.
  • You will build a portfolio of partners with our top customers in mind through customer research, and working with local markets to gather intel, supporting the strategic Plus & Loyalty partnership strategy to deliver value to the Plus business.
  • You will deliver the go-to-market strategy for new partners, partnerships and experience programs for top customers.
  • You will support the Commercial team in acquisition and onboarding of new partners.
  • You will improve partner performance through growth marketing in all owned Deliveroo channels (e.g. CRM and in-app), including defining marketing guides for local markets to use.
  • You will manage the global events and experiences calendar for our most valued customers, coordinating with local market teams and the central Loyalty team.
  • You will develop the business case or commercial models for events.
  • You will lead on monitoring, analysing and sharing performance of new partners and partnerships, providing regular insights to Loyalty team, local markets and wider business leads.
