If you are excited about creating organizational tools and streamlining processes that help us collaborate with even more people and support our event programming, we want you as an Events Marketing Working Student.

The Challenge:

• Assist with all administrative/operational tasks for the marketing department
• Assist the Events team in various event operations including, inventory management and event setup
• Work closely with the Marketing Logistics Coordinator to align on shipping schedules and forecast inventory requirements to achieve shipping deadlines
• Curate, procure, and manage both physical and digital assets used at events
• Coordinate the participation of external and internal stakeholders, leveraging their expertise across business functions

Your Profile:

• Fluent in English (C1/C2)
• Experience in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Interested in learning marketing programs such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana
• Work independently and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
• Are highly organized and interested in helping streamline processes
• Hospitality and customer service-focused mindset

Bonus Skills:

• Proficiency in German and/or French (B2/C1)
• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
• Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments
