Duties & Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting a team of bankers and performing other administrative responsibilities in Lincoln International LLC's (“Lincoln”) San Francisco office. The Executive Assistant should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, poised, and able to deal with many different people both inside as well as outside the firm.

In addition, you will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end. Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary. We envision the Executive Assistant will be initially tasked with the following:

  • Provide both routine & non-routine administrative support to a team of M&A bankers:
    • Heavy calendar management
    • Expense processing through Concur
    • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements (e.g. flights, hotels and ground transportation) using Concur
    • Print and bind presentation materials as necessary
    • Enter Salesforce notes and maintain correct company tracking data
  • Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate person, or effectively deal with inquiries related to Lincoln in general
  • Become knowledgeable of Lincoln’s business, and understand a M&A acquisition deal process
  • Provide administrative support to an active deal team throughout the M&A acquisition deal process
  • Become proficient in Salesforce, in particular the deal tracker and its functionality, in order to perform tasks such as:
    • Assist with entering contacts to add to marketing lists and Outlook contacts
    • Research companies and contacts for active deals and post close marketing initiatives
    • Work with deal team to track status of potential investors for deals
    • Update marketing lists and Strategic Target Lists (STLs)
  • Interact with professionals in Lincoln’s offices across the US and globally, as needed to organize conference calls, meetings, and the delivery of presentation materials
  • Assist the Office Manager with logistics for full office events and recruiting activities
  • Provide backup and vacation coverage support to other Administrative Team members in and outside the San Francisco office
  • Other administrative duties as needed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience as an assistant or a similar role in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (knowledge of PowerPoint a plus)
  • Experience using Salesforce, Concur, Monday.com preferred, but not required

Lincoln International is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.

The salary range for this role is $36.05/hour to $48.07/hour.  This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
