Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership at Payoneer. This position requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced global environment.What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and ensuring effective time management.
- Coordinating and facilitating meeting follow-ups, note-taking, and execution of action items.
- Handling global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and last-minute changes.
- Communicating on behalf of senior leadership, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Leading special projects, preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a global company – a must.
- Exceptional English and Hebrew communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Calendaring tools).
- A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude – taking initiative, problem-solving, and working independently.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage last-minute changes, and support escalations beyond standard working hours.
- Experience in managing executive projects, planning high-profile events, and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
