Job Summary:

Rag & bone is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination and organization of meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements/trip itineraries, vacation time for senior executives.
  • Organize daily workflow and proactively keep executive on schedule with short and long term projects
  • Review schedules in preparation or upcoming meetings. Support with the preparation of these materials as necessary
  • Act as point of contact/filter for teams as it relates to following up on daily work questions
  • Manage phones/messages, responding to basic requests for information, and update calendar on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage vacation, personal and sick time for direct reports
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as drafting emails, filing, copying and faxing
  • Create excel spreadsheets, presentation materials, meeting agendas
  • Processing vendor invoices and expense reports for CCO and other senior team members as requested
  • Assist in planning corporate events
  • Attend meetings and take notes, as needed
  • Organize business travel
  • Assist the senior team with various projects and assignments as needed

Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)

  • Minimum 3-5 years administrative support experience in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with key executives in a professional manner
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management/project skills with ability to set priorities
  • Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity and resourcefulness in problem solving
  • Strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required

The estimated salary for the role is $75,000-$95,000 based on experience and qualifications.
