This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our exciting company and provide committed support to C-level executives based in our busy London office. You will be a true partner to the CEO, CFO & CSO, working independently and proactively - foreseeing their needs before they even become aware of them themselves. You will understand the flexibility needed and how to prioritise tasks whilst carrying a ''No task is too big or too small'' attitude with everything you do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Executive assistance to the CEO, CFO & CSO
  • Managing calendars and inboxes: ruthlessly prioritise, resolve conflicts, manage time zones, and communicate changes with clarity
  • Drafting complex meeting agendas, note-taking and following-up on actions to maintain momentum 
  • Organising and coordinating global travel including transport, accommodation and visas 
  • End-to-end coordination of Quarterly offsites for the Executive Leadership Team, including venue finding and agenda setting
  • Coordination of team summits, events and offsites
  • Frequent travel to our Copenhagen office (and other locations as required) for Executive Leadership meetings and offsites 
  • Owning the production of the annual corporate calendar and ensuring it is kept up-to-date throughout the year
  • Partnering with our Company Secretary to provide assistance with scheduling Board meetings and being available during Board meetings to provide in-person support
  • Partnering with our Head of Investor Relations in setting up meetings with brokers and shareholders, including onsite support during Financial Results presentations
  • Managing expenses and purchase orders 
  • Ad-hoc support for other execs and acting as part of a team of Executive Assistants, functioning as backup and support for each other
  • Flexibility in working hours is occasionally required

Who you are:

  • Experience supporting a CEO at Board level is required
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and be 2+ steps ahead at all times
  • Discreet and trusted with a high degree of integrity and an ability to handle confidential information
  • A skilled communicator, being proficient in English at a business level
  • An analytical thinker who is able to draw conclusions from a wealth of information and present the big picture
  • High EQ and ability to adapt to different personalities/cultures
  • Someone willing to get to know the team and have some fun along the way
  • Good IT skills and an ability to learn new systems quickly (we use the the Google suite)
  • Thrive in an innovative environment where no two days are alike
  • Willing to work in the office 2-3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)
