About the role:
OLIVER is seeking a visionary Executive Client Partner to join our UK Senior Leadership Team. In this executive level role, you will take ownership of a significant portfolio of some of our most important client engagements, acting as the strategic architect responsible for driving transformative growth, fostering C-suite partnerships, and ensuring our in-house model delivers unparalleled value. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be jointly responsible for the success of OLIVER UK, co-creating strategies for growth, reputation management, talent, and capability development.
You will define the long-term vision for your clients, shaping their commercial future and embedding innovation at their core. By integrating the full power of The Brandtech Group, from Gen AI and data to commerce and media, you will position your clients and OLIVER at the leading edge of the industry.
This role requires a leader with a background in B2B and Financial Services, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for building what's next. Reporting and Collaboration. Reports to: Senior Leadership, OLIVER UK Direct Reports: A team of 2-3 senior client leaders, including Managing Partners and Business Directors. Key Collaborators: OLIVER UK Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Client C-suite (CMO, CDO, Heads of Procurement), and leaders across The Brandtech Group.
What you will be doing:- Strategic Growth & Commercial Ownership
- Architect and own the long-term strategic account plan, targeting double-digit annual growth and maximizing profitability.
- Serve as the ultimate commercial lead for the partnership, steering all major negotiations, contract renewals, and financial planning to ensure sustainable success.
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams by strategically integrating capabilities from across The Brandtech Group.
- C-Suite Partnership & Client Advocacy
- Serve as the trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders (CMO, CDO), embedding OLIVER as an indispensable partner in their business transformation.
- Translate complex client challenges into innovative, actionable solutions that showcase the full potential of our in-house model.
- Champion client success across the business, ensuring operational excellence and world-class delivery that drives retention and advocacy.
- Innovation & Brandtech Integration
- Act as a thought leader, proactively introducing cutting-edge marketing technology and Gen AI-driven solutions (e.g., Pencil Pro, Brandtech Brain) to accelerate client performance.
- Foster a culture of relentless innovation within the account team, ensuring we are constantly evolving our model to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Executive Leadership
- As a key member of the OLIVER UK Senior Leadership Team, contribute to the overall strategy for UK growth, capabilities, and reputation.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior directors, cultivating the next generation of leadership and fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and trust.
- Talent & Team Leadership
- Architect and lead a high-performing leadership team of managing partners.
- Hold your leaders accountable for building diverse, inclusive teams and nurturing future talent.
- Act as an executive sponsor for rising stars across the portfolio, personally overseeing succession planning for critical roles and shaping the long-term talent strategy for your part of the business.
- A Visionary Client Leader: Extensive (12+ years) experience in senior account leadership, with a proven track record of driving transformational growth for large-scale, multi-market accounts, ideally in B2B or Financial Services.
- A Commercial Architect: You are a seasoned commercial strategist with full P&L ownership experience, skilled in complex negotiations and sophisticated financial management.
- An Innovation Catalyst: You have a deep understanding of the modern marketing landscape, with demonstrated expertise in applying technology, data, and Gen AI to solve major business challenges.
- A C-Suite Influencer: You possess exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and alignment with the most senior stakeholders.
- An Inspirational Mentor: You are a proven leader of leaders, passionate about developing senior talent and building collaborative, high-performing teams.
