We’re looking for a highly strategic and pragmatic Total Rewards Professional (Executive Compensation) to manage the administration, implementation, and maintenance of our compensation and benefits programs in the US and globally. The Total Rewards Professional (Executive Compensation) manages the establishment and ongoing administration of compensation and benefits to support short- and long-range goals of Payoneer’s People organization. The successful candidate will specialize in the development, implementation, analysis, and/or administration of compensation programs for our most senior executives and supports development and implementation of complex global total rewards programs.

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you'll do: 

  • Contributes to the development and administration of executive compensation programs (e.g. base salary, incentives, stock awards, executive benefits and perquisites), short- and long-term incentive programs, stock awards, and deferred compensation plans in the US and globally.
  • Researches and monitors executive compensation trends and legislation.
  • Evaluates and analyzes executive job data and job descriptions against internal and external roles for proper alignment.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action.
  • Adapts style to differing audiences and often advises others on difficult matters. Enhances relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with details of total rewards programs, often requiring persuasion.
  • Develops and/or participates in executive compensation surveys to analyze company’s competitive position.
  • Reviews proposed executive salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
  • Prepares special studies and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock-based compensation.
  • Analyzes cost containment strategies.
  • Consults with other department management in developing local and regional compensation and benefits programs.

What we're looking for: 

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing and administering executive compensation programs in a US publicly traded company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • Exhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models and procedures.
  • Understands and works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
  • Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes and methods as required.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Ability to focus on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced professionals.

Not a must, but a great advantage:

  • Experience implementing executive and broad-based rewards programs “from scratch”.
  • Experience managing through mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience managing complex total rewards programs in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $130,000.
