Mission

The Office of the CEO exists to ensure the CEO and the executive team effectively leverage their time and maintain alignment across the company on the CEO’s priorities. We do this by creating operating models, processes, and communication mechanisms to drive alignment across the company's senior leadership team. 

We are looking for a high-potential individual to join our team supporting executive strategy and operations for the company. This person will be responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CEO. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and members of the executive leadership team. The Office of the CEO is part of the Corporate Operations Group.

Impact you will have

  • Directly support the CEO to ensure executive meetings are well-prioritized and action items are followed up on. Develop succinct briefing materials to ensure the CEO is well–prepared for meetings, events, and presentations
  • Assist with content development on behalf of the CEO, including external and internal communications, All Hands presentations, and Board materials. 
  • Identify and execute initiatives to make the Executive Staff & Office of the CEO more efficient and effective through metrics focused approach.
  • Drive cross-functional, strategic initiatives of high importance to the company in close collaboration with senior executives (for example, company priorities and 

Who You Are:

  • You have 4+ years of experience, including demonstrated success in a role with significant executive exposure (e.g. consulting, investment banking, strategy, business operations, etc.)
  • You demonstrate an advanced ability to define and break down ambiguous and complex business problems with limited guidance
  • You have experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution to realized impact
  • You are an excellent communicator (written and oral), with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations.  
  • You put the team before yourself and are willing to get hands-on, no matter how small the task
  • Previous experience in enterprise software preferred.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools preferred.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range$122,100—$216,000 USD
