Overview:

You will report to our Accounts Payable Manager and working hours will be 12:30pm - 9:30pm IST.

 

You will: 

  • Split time 50/50 between vendor onboarding and T&E expense
  • Assist in the end-to-end onboarding processes of all LivePerson vendors into Concur and SAP by working closely with business partners, security and legal teams
  • Play a support role to maintain general ledger and procurement vendor data
  • Maintain supporting documentation for LivePerson vendors
  • Follow the vendor onboarding process for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in discussions with security, legal and accounts payable teams to implement process improvements
  • Support the accounts payable and expense cycles as needed
  • Work on resolving issues related to individuals submitting expense reports
  • Assist in monitoring employee compliance with LivePerson’s T&E policy
  • Assist in monitoring employee compliance with LivePerson’s corporate AMEX policy
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
  • Support the Accounts Payable cycle as needed
  • Work closely with the Business Systems team to implement system enhancements

 

You have:

  • Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Concur and SAP is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work US standard working hours
