The Global Brand Experiences team at Pinterest is a diverse team of collaborative storytellers, strategists and makers who are passionate about building extraordinary events and experiences around the globe. We’re known for our ability to think big while paying attention to the details that matter. 

In this role, you will lead programming strategy for owned events and select global moments, with a goal of driving comprehension, deepening brand love of Pinterest, and ultimately driving revenue.  

What you’ll do:

  • Research and develop programming strategies for events with a focus on the advertiser industry
  • Lead programming for select owned events and global moments 
  • Manage talent (internal and external) from contract to production
  • Keep a pulse on trends and culture to inform your ideas and plans
  • Familiarity with trends tools are a plus
  • Draft and regularly update briefs and project plans
  • Work with a cross-functional team of creatives and marketers based primarily in the US, Europe, AUS and LATAM  
  • Partner closely with leaders across sales, PR, marketing, and product to build a cohesive strategy and establish global alignment
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives and budgets 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of programming experience at media or technology companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as you’ll need to draft scripts and presentations
  • Clear communicator and ability to work across multiple countries, cross-functional teams and time zones
  • Ability to provide a creative perspective to programming and our experiences 
  • Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business impact through marketing
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a timely manner 
  • Comfortable contributing and leading projects

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
