Hey there, pawsome members of our Butternut Box squad! 🌟 We're on the lookout for a talented person to embark on a 6-month secondment journey with our Supply Chain team. This exciting development opportunity will offer you the chance to enhance your skills and career prospects by learning all about Export operations, enhancing your stakeholder engagement, and really nailing down your organisational planning skills . 🌐📦

This role is intended to be 6 months to support export and your development, then return to your current role, and then we would offer someone else the opportunity for another 6 months, this is not intended to convert to a permanent role.

About the Role:*

As a Supply Chain maestro, you'll be the leash-holder for smooth operations, ensuring the right treats (stock) are in the right place at the right time. 🦴 You'll tackle supply chain hurdles with the finesse of a pup catching a frisbee and work closely with stakeholders from all corners of our Butternut kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:*

🌍 Export/Import Coordination:

Keep a tight leash on stock availability and waste in your region.
Plan and execute exports based on production and fulfillment plans.
Fetch and manage out-of-stock/back-in-stock communications.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure a tail-wagging 98.5% OTIF.
Ensure paperwork accuracy, working paw in paw with our Vet for health certificates.
Perform SAP transactions for a spotless systematic stock picture.

📊 Analysis & Reporting:

Evaluation inventory vs forecasted demand, ensuring we're never barking up the wrong tree.
Sniff out opportunities for improvement and implement activities that make our tails wag faster.
Keep an eye on supplier performance, managing KPIs and reporting like a true watchdog.

📦 Supplier & Category Management:

Work with SC Coordinators and buyers to ensure suppliers meet our delivery standards.
Organize stock returns and adjust SAP accordingly.
Be the liaison with hauliers to track delivery status.
Resolve supply issues, ensuring smooth operations and happy customers.
