Our goal: We have developed an electric aircraft (eVTOL) that can take off and land vertically! Now we are starting production.Be part of a world-class team of leaders, experts, technicians and engineers working together to passionately transform our mobility.Your role on the team:You will report to the Final Assembly Team Lead and collaborate with many other teams. The final assembly team handles all final assembly processes, including the installation and testing of components and subsystems in our jet.This is your opportunity to start in one of the fastest growing, best funded and most exciting companies in the world as well as be part of the Lilium Jet journey from the beginning.Your day-to-day job:

  • Cooperate in an autonomous team of mechanics, electricians and electronic technicians
  • Responsibility for safety, on-time delivery and quality in all phases of the final assembly process
  • Assembling electrical wiring systems, including performing grounding tests and identifying and correcting faults
  • Operating a variety of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic and measuring equipment (including DMMs and oscilloscopes)
  • Assembling/modifying and commissioning equipment, tools and fixtures
  • Monitoring inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Maintaining manufacturing data for the production system
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to improve processes, equipment and tooling, and repair solutions

Your Profile:

  • Completed electrical engineering/electronics training or completed a comparable electrical engineering degree or electrical apprenticeship
  • Several years of experience in a similar position with comparable products
  • Experience in safe handling of medium and high voltage equipment up to 1 kV
  • Ability to read documentation and work according to instructions - also in English!
