As a member of our greater Finance team, you will be faced with new challenges that will continuously leave you looking for ways to add value to the team and business units. The primary role of the Fee Reconciliation Analyst is to ensure that procedures and controls around fee reconciliation processes are effective and efficient; and that such processes should help to prevent significant errors that may arise in negative financial impact to trading teams.

The Fee Reconciliation Analyst will be a key player in reviewing the firm’s existing fee set-ups, resulting calculations and outputs against third-party reporting, identifying unexpected discrepancies, and making efforts to investigate all items that do not agree to third-party statements with the aim of reconciling them.

  • Proactively monitor fee information on statements and invoices for errors with calculations, input, and variances in fees from one period to another
  • Provide documentation of reconciliations for the purpose of supporting changes to fee schedules and fee accruals
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation reports regarding all fees reconciled
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Business Insights, Trade Accounting, Business Development, and Clearing Teams.
