  • Coordinate on-site activities, including second-level support and sub-suppliers (e.g., hardware, SPS, markers)
  • Set up and prepare implementation environments, ensuring system readiness for deployment
  • Act as the on-site representative of arculus during shopfloor operations and customer interactions
  • Conduct customer trainings and support knowledge transfer for system operation
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues during commissioning and stabilization phases
  • Capture field insights and drive continuous improvement by feeding back software and robotics enhancements

Your Experience

  • Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist, mechatronics, electronics, service technician, or similar)
  • Experience in commissioning or deploying complex technical systems on-site
  • Background in robotics, automation, or related technical domains
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve critical incidents
  • Affinity for software systems and basic knowledge of Linux environments
  • Fluent in German and English

Who You Are

  • Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and system performance
  • Hands-on and solution-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Collaborative team player, able to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, on-site environments
  • Motivated to continuously improve systems based on real-world experience
