Job Title: Field Marketing Manager, Broad Markets, Northern EuropeJob Type: Full-timeLocation: London office, with regular travel in regionJob Overview:As Appian’s Field Marketing Manager, Broad Markets, Northern Europe you will leaddemand generation efforts in key Industries such as Manufacturing, Telco, LifeSciences and others across the Northern European Region. Reporting to the Head ofMarketing for Northern Europe & Middle East, you will be expected to drive growththrough strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns aimedat generating demand and increasing market share within focussed industries acrossthe region.You will be results driven and will work in close collaboration with the extended AppianMarketing team, plus other departmental stakeholders to ensure that Marketing effortsalign with overall business objectives. This role requires a good understanding ofmarketing best practices and trends, plus the ability to be hands-on whenevernecessary to get work done.Key Responsibilities:● Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation programs tailored tothe key industries within the region, aligned with overall business objectives andrevenue targets.● Lead campaign execution across various channels, including events, contentmarketing, email marketing, and growth account marketing targeting specificaccounts.● Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketingand sales initiatives, optimize lead management processes, and drive revenuegrowth.● Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track campaign performance,measure ROI, and continuously optimize marketing programs for maximumimpact and efficiency.● Help Identify and prioritize key buying personas, and target accounts tocustomise messaging and content for maximum relevance and engagement.● Partner with cross-functional teams, including SDRs, Partner Marketing, DigitalMarketing, PR & Comms and Customer Marketing to combine integratedmarketing efforts in the best way possible.

● Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights toinform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field● Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demandgeneration, preferably in the enterprise software or technology industry.● Proven track record of successfully developing and executing demandgeneration strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion.● Strong personal and cross-functional team leadership skills● Good analytical abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools andplatforms to track and measure campaign performance.● Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.● Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionablemarketing plans.● Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business impactand exceeding targets.
