This position is based either in Copenhagen or Barcelona.

- Devise, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns tailored to the local market. Your focus will be on lead generation and growth strategies that align with global initiatives while resonating effectively with audiences in Northern Europe.
- Take charge of planning and executing local online and in-person webinars/events, actively engaging with local partners, customers, and key industry players to establish and strengthen the EQS Compliance Business Community in the region.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, from vendor coordination to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless execution of our local events.
- Plan and monitor all local paid social and paid search (SEA) activities, aligning efforts with the global performance marketing team for maximum impact.
- Create and translate sales & partner enablement materials, marketing assets, and communications tailored to the markets. This includes sales presentations, product sheets, partner presentations, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters...
- Be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance KPIs along the entire lead funnel and across relevant platforms and channels, specifically for the above-mentioned market.
- Conduct regular competitor analyses, keeping a close eye on the local compliance market. Understand local legal requirements, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure that marketing initiatives contribute effectively to lead conversion and customer acquisition in the local market.
- Take ownership of budget planning and monitoring.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a role within the B2B SaaS sector, with a minimum of 1 year focused on the Nordics or UK market.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience in thought leadership initiatives and industry representation.
- Have a foundation using sales and marketing tools like Asana, Dynamics CRM, and PowerPoint.
- Proven expertise in crafting various types of content.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technology and concepts into compelling narratives tailored to a specific target.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Native English speaker if based in Barcelona. Plus, fluent Danish if based in Copenhagen.
- You approach your work with organizational precision, autonomy, and a proactive spirit.
