Pure Storage is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth in theBenelux region. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and partners to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and strengthen customer relationships. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve aggressive growth targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned withthe Beneluxsales priorities, focusing on driving high-quality pipeline and bookings growth 
  • Serve as the primary marketing resource forthe Benelux Sales and Partner teams in the region 
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, social media) to engage target audiences throughout the buyer's journey
  • Collaborate with partner account managers to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives that increase market reach and impact
  • Work cross-functionally with corporate marketing teams to customize and leverage global campaigns for the Benelux audience relevance
  • Foster strong relationships across sales and marketing stakeholders, including Field Marketing, Digital, Programs, Inside Sales, Operations, and external agencies
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources with excellence, including regional marketing funds and partner MDF programs
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics within the the Benelux space

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success inthe Benelux marketing
  • Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing plans that drive new customer acquisition and repeat business
  • Experience in partner/alliance marketing and co-marketing program development
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing strategy and performance measurement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence executive decisions through compelling business cases
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, peers, and external partners
  • Proactive self-starter with strategic thinking and exceptional execution capabilities 
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellence in budget and project management
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Amsterdam office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
