THE ROLE
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of a Field Marketing Plan to drive pipeline and bookings growth for the Nordics region. Based in our offices in Stockholm, this position will focus on driving high impact campaigns and programs, continually testing and evaluating success and making necessary adjustments to the plan. The goal is to generate high quality pipeline and opportunities, stimulate acceleration of the sales cycle and build/strengthen customer relationships and preference for the Everpure brand, both directly and through partners.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Regional leadership, Everpure Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, partners and distributors, and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment between the marketing plan and Everpure's strategic objectives. You will be reporting into the Regional Director of Field Marketing and will be part of a highly dynamic and motivated group.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute a strategic Nordics field and channel marketing plan in collaboration with Everpure sales, partner teams and Regional Partner Account Managers, focused on supporting pipeline and bookings goals and driving new logo acquisition through regional resellers and distributors.
- Be the primary marketing resource for the Regional Sales and Regional Partner teams.
- Build, nurture and grow local relationships with all key route‑to‑market partners in the region – including focus resellers, distributors and alliance partners – to achieve scale, extend market reach and increase Everpure mindshare.
- Plan and govern the effective use of Pure Storage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with Partner Account Managers, distributors and focus partners, prioritising investments that drive new business growth and incremental pipeline in the Nordics.
- Support partners in utilising the MDF portal effectively, ensuring proper usage, guiding them through pre‑approval and claim processes, and working with finance to enable accurate, timely payments.
- Implement and localise global and EMEA campaigns in partnership with field and corporate marketing teams, adapting content and tactics for the Nordics market and driving strong adoption of key marketing programs through and with partners.
- Foster cross-team collaboration among all sales and marketing stakeholders, including Field Marketing, Digital, Programs, Inside Sales, Operations, Partner Marketing and Agencies.
- Continuously track and report program performance, using data to optimise plans, demonstrate ROI and share insights with senior stakeholders and focus partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Nordics, providing local market insight and recommendations to influence campaign strategy and partner plans.
- Demonstrate operational excellence in managing marketing programs, procurement processes and budgets (regional marketing and MDF), ensuring accuracy, compliance and clear visibility of spend and outcomes.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in the marketing field with demonstrable experience managing best-in-class marketing programs.
- Experience creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company to gain new customers and build repeat business.
- Experience working with and marketing with partners and alliances and in planning, executing and reporting impact on joint demand generation initiatives
- Experience organising local and regional events for demand generation.
- Proactive self-starter, strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities and a hunger to learn and grow.
- Embraces change and possesses a growth mindset.
- Customer-first and results-oriented.
- Data-driven. Experience in using data and analytics to guide marketing strategy and measure success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native in Swedish and business english), with the ability to build business cases as needed to influence executive decisions. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management, peers, and external agencies, while paying close attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
