The Opportunity:

commercetools is on a mission to be the leader in global commerce! As our Field Marketing Manager, you will help us achieve that goal by owning demand generation and pipeline creation in UKI & Nordics. Youโ€™ll collaborate closely with the regional Sales and BDR teams to drive pipeline for both target and white space accounts to reach our annual regional revenue targets. 

This is a hybrid role and will require you to work in our London office two days a week

 

Your Mission:

  • Define and execute a regional marketing strategy with the objective of revenue and pipeline generation
  • Research, segment, and build campaign strategies for regional target accounts and white space accounts
  • Plan, conceptualize, and execute all marketing activities and initiatives for the regions (using account-based marketing, digital marketing, events, social media, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with regional Sales Leaders and Account Executives - be the main point of contact for the regional sales team on all matters related to marketing
  • Understand the ins and outs of regional sales strategy
  • Work closely with our Global Campaigns, Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Global Communications Teams to achieve success
  • Develop a deep understanding of the commercetools proposition and messaging and translate this into campaigns and events

Build strong relationships with regional customers, partners, and agencies

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience as a B2B Marketing Manager in e-commerce 
  • Experience in marketing automation, landing page and workflow creation, SEM, social media, analytics, and event management
  • Knowledge of developing target group-focused campaigns corresponding to market dynamics
  • Strong awareness of market development, market segments, and demand in the market
  • Communication skills with the aptitude to reduce complexity
  • Analytical and conceptual aptitude, technical know-how, and a strong customer service orientation
  • Self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, prioritizing appropriately and meeting timelines
  • Ability to work and make an impact across different teams at various levels
  • Willingness to travel as needed

 

Nice to have:

  • Sales experience 
  • Experience in customer lifecycle marketing
