YOUR MISSION

You will be part of the Finance Team at Glovo, connected with 3000 international colleagues, focused in your country and helping the regional team take decisions that will shape the future of our business.

THE JOURNEY

• Take ownership of the FP&A, Performance management and Cost controlling functions (Budgeting, Month-end closing, etc)
• Work closely with Global Finance Teams (Controlling, Tax, Audit, Treasury, Billing, Procurement) to solve any day-to-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of various stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, Marketing) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution
• Support local accounting teams in cross accounting projects led from HQ, such as IFRS implementation, ERP implementations, Reporting package implementation, etc.
• Assisting the Head of Finance and HQ with developing processes and strengthening internal controls
• Maintain and develop relationship with internal and external parties of the Company
• Report to the Serbia's Head of Finance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance 
• 3+ years accounting experience in a similar position (Previous experience in Big 4 is a plus)
• A strong technical knowledge of accounting and compliance 
• Excellent Knowledge of the English language (advanced)
• Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, sumifs, Vlookup, Charts, etc.) & Google Workspace
• Analytical and 360 mindset, creative with excellent problem solving skills
• Hands-on and autonomous, with excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented, results oriented
• High levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility
• Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
