Your mission

As a Finance and Administration Manager at Processand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial health and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be the backbone of our company, working closely with various departments to manage financial operations and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Preparation of financial forecasts
  • Preparation of general reportings
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain office policies and manage staff records
  • Support on organizational topics with the headquarter in Munich
  • General office management

Your profile

  • Proven experience in a financial management/accounting/office management role
  • Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
