The Role

Provide analytical driven insight to support decision makers and understand the P&L impact of those decisions. You will work with stakeholders to manage data and model strategic initiatives to lead the long-term growth of the business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems and can partner with senior management. You will work in London, with at least 3 days a week to be worked from the office.

 

Reporting to the F&S Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Business Partnering with a variety of stakeholders up to and including VP daily
  • Play an important role in the Annual Planning/budgeting process for a strategic department within Deliveroo
  • Track against the annual plan identifying any risk and opportunities to the plan
  • Support the stakeholders within the function by working with them through the development of and tracking of new projects (e.g. new business cases)
  • Manage monthly P&L reporting and commentary into monthly business reviews
  • Understand and influence the underlying performance drivers to help guide the top and bottom line.
  • Provide proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis and expertise to support decision-making in the context of the wider business.
  • Translate actions and initiatives into targets and long-range plans for the business

 

Requirements:

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience in an analytical, strategic or commercial role (investment banking and/or consulting experience)
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or MBA
  • Advanced GSheet/Excel skills
  • Complex financial modelling experience
  • Can demonstrate achievements and confidence with numbers
  • Experience working in a dynamic high-growth company
